Prices vary by city: in Bangkok, expect 15,000-40,000 THB/month for a condo. In Chiang Mai, 8,000-20,000 THB. In Phuket or Pattaya, 12,000-35,000 THB. We find the best value.
Do I need a guarantor to rent in Thailand?+

How to avoid rental scams?+

Standard lease is 1 year with a 2-month deposit and 30-day notice. Leases over 3 years must be registered at the Land Office to be enforceable. The contract must specify charges, duration and termination conditions.
